we manufacture all sizes and requirements. Our unique jigsaw
cutting equipment, which automatically bags the jigsaw as
it is cut, is your assurance of quality.
We print and make the boxes and lids, pack the jigsaws,
shrink wrap the complete product and pack it into the shipper
ready for delivery to your retail customer.
We produce standard and premium quality ‘frame-tray’ puzzles
and giant pieces for floor puzzles, suited especially to
younger children.
We also manufacture specialised, unusual and unique jigsaws
including Quizzles, 3D and Moving (lenticular) puzzles which
are exported around the world. A recent innovation is our
book style jigsaw package. An example of this is the Blue
Opal Classic Science Fiction range, which extends the jigsaws
to the book market and distribution chain.
Our jigsaw card range includes inexpensive card promotional
items with the novelty value of a built-in jigsaw. It can
include printed graphics on both sides of the jigsaw, yielding
additional play value or scope for prizes and giveaways.
